Τhe AquaSphere Project of the EIT Higher Education Initiative continued with its 3rd Peer Learning Event in Cardiff, graciously hosted by Cardiff Metropolitan University on 23–24 March 2026, following the two previous Peer Learning Events held in Chania, Greece, and Izmir, Turkey.
Bringing together partners, researchers, designers, and industry voices, the event created a valuable space for exchange around collaboration, innovation, and future opportunities in the water and maritime sectors. From expert talks to interactive sessions on overcoming challenges through collaboration and co-designing future actions, the programme highlighted the strength of collective learning across the consortium.
A sincere thank you to our hosts at Cardiff Metropolitan University and to all contributors for making this third Peer Learning Event such a meaningful moment for the project. Together, we continue to strengthen higher education innovation capacity for a more sustainable and entrepreneurial blue economy.
